A Special Very Good Day

Welcome Back to School!
This week we are reading a fun story called Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.  We are writing our own story about a terrible day.  Please post about what would make a day a super, fun, exciting, special, very good day for you and your family.

What would make us have a super-terrific day is a day at Great Wolf Lodge, swimming, splashing, and riding all the water rides all day, and at night topping it off with a big bowl of icecream with sprinkles, hot fudge, gummy bears, and strawberry topping while playing Skylanders on Xbox! What a day that would make!!!

  2. As a family, the Hallmets like amusement parks. A Perfect Super Day for us would be spending the day at a park like Carowinds, Busch Gardens, or Disney World then coming back and hanging out in a pool.

A super-fun day for the Bailey-Lee Family would be first, going out to eat at Golden Corral or Red Robin, then playing a few games at Frankies and topping the night off with some games on the Playstation!!

  4. My family's super, fun, exciting, special, very good day would start with warm bagels from Brueggers with lots of cream cheese. Then we would take a walk in Duke Forest with our dog, Sophie. Finally we'd enjoy an exciting Duke basketball game in Cameron Indoor Stadium! - Mrs. Fogle

  5. Hi - I just received Dani's book as my Birthday present and I loved it. Our most fabulous day would start with sleeping in and then having Dad make breakfast for the family. Then hanging out at the beach or the pool and taking the dogs for a walk on the beach. Next we'd go to our favorite restaurant at the beach - Amo's and make S'mores for dessert. Finally coming home and playing outside in the courtyard or watching movies.
